Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Warranty

Saint & Sun watches include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the stated water resistance level, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
