Every SAINT & SUN watch is made to be worn and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our timepieces and cover manufacturing defects for two full years from the date of purchase.
No registration is required. Your warranty begins automatically on the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our 2-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including defects affecting the:
- Movement
- Case
- Crown
- Hands
- Dial
- Crystal
- Bracelet or clasp
If a covered defect is confirmed, SAINT & SUN will repair the watch, replace the affected component, or provide a replacement at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic changes
- Battery replacement
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, impact, or improper storage
- Water damage beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or solvents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost or stolen products
Natural changes in appearance caused by everyday use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Who Is Covered
The warranty applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Gift recipients are also covered when the original purchase can be verified. Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorized sellers are not covered.
How to Make a Claim
Contact us at contact@saintandsun.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video
Our team will review your claim and provide the next steps. The watch may need to be returned for inspection before a repair or replacement is approved.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Our Promise
If your exact model or component is no longer available, we may offer the closest comparable replacement of similar value.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
